VIDEOGRAPHY
Video is one of the most valuable types of marketing and also one of the most difficult to execute well. Over the past four years I've developed a proven strategy on how to create attention-grabbing content that resonates with viewers and compels audiences to engage with your brand. Here are a few ways you can use video to your advantage:
introduce your PRODUCT
GoFoil is an innovative design company specializing in surfing and kite boarding equipment. They requested footage of their product being tested on the water. The challenge here was to get great footage while maintaining discretion. Surfing etiquette dictates the importance of keeping the location of the wave private, so as not to bring more surfers to a local spot. My Canon XS50 HS has a 50x zoom lens which made this possible.
Stitch Live is a social media / e-commerce app that allows you to share experiences and access VIP content from your favorite events. This video introduced the app to get users excited about downloading it.
DEMONSTRATE YOUR SERVICE
"Join the Community" was created to demonstrate how easy it is for people to use the Wrkr platform, and resulted in a 50% increase in user response.
EDUCATE YOUR CUSTOMERS
If you offer a complex product or service, such as software, providing educational videos is a great way to help your customers learn, without boring them to death.
AMAZE YOUR AUDIENCE
Show people what they've never seen and they'll keep coming back for more. This video was from a two week trip to the United Arab Emirates that included camel rides, driving through the desert, and exploring the amazing architecture.
